RoboTraderIA respects your privacy. This policy explains, directly, what data we collect, why we collect it and how you can control it.
1. Who we are
RoboTraderIA is a financial-education site about trading automation, trading bots and the financial markets. For questions about this policy, write to contato@robotraderia.com.br.
2. What data we collect
- Email and name (optional): when you subscribe to our newsletter or download free material. Collected via forms on the Kit (ConvertKit) platform.
- Anonymous browsing data: pages visited, time on page, device, browser, traffic source. Collected via Google Analytics 4.
- Link clicks: we record clicks on affiliate links and forms to understand what's useful to the audience. We don't identify you personally in this process.
3. Why we collect it
- To send the material you requested and weekly tutorials (consent).
- To understand what works on the site and improve the content (legitimate interest).
- To comply with legal obligations where applicable.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use analytics (Google Analytics) and functionality cookies. We don't use behavioral-advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings — the site keeps working without them, with only the loss of statistics.
5. Who we share with
We share data only with the providers necessary to operate the site:
- Kit (ConvertKit): subscription processing and email sending. Kit's policy.
- Google Analytics: anonymized traffic analysis. Google's policy.
- Hosting provider: to serve the site.
We don't sell your data. Ever.
6. Affiliate links
Some pages contain affiliate links to brokers (flagged with a visible notice). When you click and open an account, we may receive a commission — at no extra cost to you. The brokers mentioned have their own privacy policies, which apply from the moment you access their site.
7. Your rights
At any time, you can:
- Confirm what data we hold about you;
- Access, correct or update your data;
- Request deletion of your data (anonymization or erasure);
- Withdraw consent and unsubscribe from the newsletter (a link in every email);
- Request portability of your data.

8. Retention
We keep your email while you're subscribed to the newsletter. After you unsubscribe, we remove your data within 30 days, except where we're required to keep records by law.
9. Children
The site is not directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated. Relevant changes will be communicated by email to subscribers.
11. Risk and liability notice
The site's content is educational and does not constitute investment advice. Trading the financial markets involves a high risk of loss. RoboTraderIA is not responsible for investment decisions made based on the content published here.
